Theresa Lemieux is a Certified Tea Sommelier® by the Tea & Herbal Association of Canada and a food blogger at The Everything Kitchen.ca, where she cooks and bakes with tea. A frequent contributor to SIP Magazine, she writes about all aspects of tea, including health, tea and food pairings and trends in global tea culture. Theresa has hosted online tea-tasting seminars for WNED Buffalo Toronto Public Media as well as private tastings, virtual and in person. A guest blogger for Canadian tea merchants such as Murchie’s Fine Tea & Coffee and Lady Baker’s Tea, Theresa loves all things tea.
